                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM GILBERT DEREK LANCE,
                   RELATIVE TO THE NORTHWEST GEORGIA REGIONAL
                   SEWER SYSTEM, TRACT NO. 113A, FOR A
                   CONSIDERATION OF ONE THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED
                   FIFTY DOLLARS ($1,450.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Gilbert Derek Lance, relative 
to
       the Northwest Georgia Regional Sewer System, Tract No. 113A, for 
a
       consideration of $1,450.00.
